I would personally rather "loose" 2 fans that dont do much in the rear and instead go for a 240mm distro just to use it as a good looking flat combo unit to finish the look. Also would put bottom fans as exhaust to push out warm air quicker, balance it with fans speed compare to that back wall intake ones. Its also a bit restricted due to the GPU being slot 1 lower than its suppose to be on a nowdays ATX boards. Otherwise, this is what this case made for: triple rad and more glass to admire it.

Which radiators thick was taken 30mm or 44mm
@matsu97906 ай бұрын
Where is the point to pump cold air from buttom and side side through radiator which makes and heat components inside as well as top rad? I did not catch this.
@hardlinenexus6 ай бұрын
Actually because there are so many radiators for the heat to spread, none of the radiators actually get hot at all, It's warm air at best if both CPU AND GPU are running max at the same time.

im doing my 2nd watercooled pc and just looking around and oml, that saw and vice would make my life so goddamn easy XD last one i had to saw them by hand...they weren't as straight as i'd like them lmao whats the saw you used??

Reverse fans on the rear side radiator ? it's strange no ? is it efficient ?
@hardlinenexusАй бұрын
Yes reverse fans on side rad. I like intake fans usually from there and bottom panels. exhaust through top and rear.
@R1jeromeАй бұрын
@hardlinenexus thx for answered me. I actually buil my NV9 case, and have 3 140 reverse fans too at rear side panel for air intake. But i want to Switch for a custom loop and i was surprised to see your reverse fans at this place. But it's a good thing, i have not to but so new regular fans
@augenvogel7 ай бұрын
Hello, by any chance, did you play around with the fan orientation? Phanteks itself suggest the side fans to be exhaust, but in the configuration the bottom is without a radiator. Did you experiment with the orientation?
@hardlinenexus7 ай бұрын
No I didn't try different fan orientations. I've built so many PCs I know at this point what works. :)

thx for this ✌️👍 have also a NV7. i was buy a 14900ks and now i thinking to buy a ekw-set to keep him cooler 😂 only cpu cooling with 2x360 block

What length is your 12vhpwr? I’m currently building something very similar but my cable isn’t long enough to reach from psu to gpu.
@hardlinenexus7 ай бұрын
My cables are from cablemod, I just asked for the longest cable they can make which is like 900 or 1000mm. I get all my cables to the longest length because I reuse them in many build projects, never know how big a case can get. It's easier to have excess length to work with instead of too short of a cable.

atleast put the fans on red too ;(
@hardlinenexus8 ай бұрын
Actually I had them on red initially, but it looks terrible so I changed it to white. Red also doesn't look like red, it looks orange. On top of that, red also splashes on the black too much and makes everything red (orange), which ruins the contrast.

Im no expert but i would think this pc runs very low temps! I want one just like it
@pascaldifolco46118 ай бұрын
Temps ? ^^

Didn't bother running tests. But I'm confident they are good. 3 thick radiators are plenty to handle 14900K + 4090.
@MrAbellanosa5 ай бұрын
Good question. I was wondering the same thing as hot coolant will flow straight from GPU to CPU (vice versa). I was thinking to max the usefulness of the 3 radiators. I would go, Pump - rad 1 - CPU - rad 2 - GPU - rad 3 - Pump. But it's very possible that it is not as ideal on a PC builder's stand point.
