Stress is a leading factor, meds made me have terrible muscle cramps, over 50 years meds not working enough and not told i was over taking blue meds.now it took me 5bmonths but i cut all meds out as i felt they were murdering my life. I got breathing exerciser.i use essential oils in vapour inhalers ,plus keep fishermans friend in my miuth when walking.breathing withbmouth open is not good and is a common thing for athsma sufferers.put something like vicks on your skin by your nasal cavities as thetpy help you breath. If you have a cough, cough good and deep.

Breathe in though nose with lips pressed together to open lungs by reflex automatically and naturally or press finger on thumb to use mudra effect. Sleep with mouth shut, possibly with tape. Google for "sleep tape". Asthma-paradox: more medication. more asthma Medication weakens breathing muscles but.doctors say it is not addictive. With time asthmatic airway remodeling is cured ln my experience.
