FYI for anyone wanting to do 2h fury: This is a good video for dual wield, but some of these items are not bis for 2h fury. Dual wield spec benefits from getting more than 9% hit, but 2h fury doesn't because it doesn't have the dual wield hit penalty. With 2h fury, you achieve 9% hit with Lionheart, Truestrike, Battleborn, Devilsaur set, Blackstone ring, and Blackcrow, so your other slots should have things like crit and attack power instead. Thus, for 2h fury, Omokk's Girth Restrainer is better than Brigam Girdle, Pads of the Dread Wolf is better than Bloodmail Boots. Also, if you're 2h fury, Edgemaster's doesn't give any benefit since you don't use the 1h weapons it buffs, so you're better off w/ Devilsaur. For the weapon, Blackblade of Shahram is probably bis due to the buffs it gives and Windfury being OP with it. Otherwise, get Arcanite Reaper. Take care and have fun this summer! :D

I'd like to add, that 2h fury is alot more viable on horde side. Because of the low hit cap needed for 2h special attacks, hitting your target is very reliable which makes windfury more reliable aswell. These two combined results in more rage gain and therefore a very steady dps rotation on bosses.

I think Demonshear is better than Blackblade because of the speed, and slightly more dps than Arcanite Reaper (except for orcs i guess) because of the proc.

I know they're not the best weapons but you can get away with Iceblade Hacker from scholomance as pre raid for Orc and also Thrash Blade from Maraudon quest

Also, as dual wield fury, if you get Edgemaster's, you don't want to use Devilsaur because you don't get the set bonus. So, on stats alone, Cloudkeeper Legplates are better than Devilsaur Leggings, because they give almost the same attack power in the form of strength (40 attack power vs 46), the same crit in the form of agility (1%), more survivability with 20 stam, and an on use effect that gives you 100 more attack power for 30 seconds (which is all the longer it takes to kill some bosses, but also is great for execute phases).

Couple of things have changed on live classic. Ironfoe/Felstriker combo is NOT the pre-raid BiS for fury anymore, double swords off Rend are, the proc chance for felstriker/ironfoe is significantly lower than on any of the private servers, so its actually not a dps gain over double swords now. Hoj doesn't drop off Emperor, it drops off Angerforge on classic. Atlasloot is currently bugged aswell, so alot of your gear that you're looking to get isn't actually where Atlasloot tells you it is. Otherwise fantastic guide.

One special note about the Mark of Fordring. In order to get it as a warrior, you have to give up getting the BiS pre-raid chest-piece for tanks, the Ornate Adamantium Breastplate. This is because they are both quest rewards for the same quest, but you can only choose one, and cannot replay the quest. So if you're building both a tank pre-raid BiS and a DPS pre-raid BiS, you'll have to prioritize one over the other.

I've seen a lot of pre-raid 2hand fury warriors using Demonshear for humans and Arcanite Reaper for orcs do a lot more DPS than any dualweild warrior. This is what a lot of the good warriors have been building.

This is definitely a true bis list, but I think a secondary option to things like Savage Glad and the devilsaur set would be beneficial - a true “poor man’s” bis. Just my 2c.

I'm a bit confused. If you're, say, an Orc, and you and use axes, why would you still go for all the +hit gear? At even just 305 wep skill (lvl 60 plus Orc racial) your chance to miss is 5.4% rather than 8.6%. I think in that instance the belt and potentially legs and hands are better off with more AD/Crit/Strength than with overcapped hit.

In regards to the blackstone ring, as a hunter who primarily farms mara early game for gold on private servers, I dont think that will be a viable option to make gold in Classic. Without the /camp option to exit a dungeon and return to the starting point for a reset, you would have to hearth on each finish. I dont think /camp was an actual function that players could use in retail vanilla. If this is the case you would only be able to hearth once per hour and farming mara would no longer be viable.

In retail vanilla and blizzlike pservers you needed to invite someone, promote then, log out and when you are offline the person kicks you out. After that you log in and you will be at the start of the instance and it's reseted.

I can do a quick one for you on the top of my head: 40 shadowspellpower BOE, neck from DME waterboss, 30 shadow shoulders BOE, 21 shadow cloak BOE, robe of the winter nights or the epic crafted one, 21 shadow bracers BOE, felcloth gloves that give 33 shadow BOE, belt from BRD arena with +1 hit, LBRS pants from Omokk, Boots from strat UD, First ring is BEE ring from AH with spellpower, 2nd ring is BRD quest ring, trink is +2% crit from ony preq and reed from UBRS. Weapon is 1% crit sword from goblin in maraudon or if DM E dagger that gives 19 shadow spellpower. Offhand is alterec valley, a green BOE with +shadow or a green one from a quest that gives 20 spellpower (cant remember name sorry) - This is roughly what you're looking for. Wand is obviously a high shadow spell damage wand, and anything +20 is going to last throughout the expansion pretty much.

This information was meh. We've seen all this information a ton of times. Giving a 2nd or even 3rd alternative to each slot would make for a better video IMO. I understand that there is an end all, be all to bis, but you need to be realistic and offer some alternatives like the 2% hit, leather quest shoulders (wyrmhide spaulders) for example.

Its super easy to farm, I got one for a guildie with a 55 mage and myself as a 60 healer. If 3 people and one not being 60 can get it, you can run the place a few times (or a ton) and get it. Ironfoe and Felstriker are considerably more difficult to get and remain on this list. And Hand of justice off the same boss is notorious for having low drop rates as well

That chest will have very diffrent stat in phase 1. It has something like 20 def and 14 stamina. It might be prot warr tank BiS, however its not even a little good for a fury warrior. Don't go for it

The stats are going to be set with the final 1.12 values, no matter which phase you are in.

It may be worth mentioning that for humans the thrash blade is a great alternative for an offhand especially with Ironfoe since they have +5 to maces and swords

It will decrease the chance that you get a glancing blow on your white hits which account for the majority of your damage early on therefore you will do much more damage overall..you can google it for the exact percentages and what not. Forgot to mention you will only be using these vs bosses since they are a higher level you will have a higher chance that your white hits become glancing blows..you don't need them vs level 60 mobs IE trash

I remember competing with another warrior in my guild on the dps meter. I used deathbringer and doom's edge. He had ironfoe and felstrike. I was always shocked at how damn good that combo is. On paper I should win bigtime, but it was not always the case. TL;DR Ironfoe, Felstrike is gonna last you to AQ40.

Video is very wrong, Fury's only need to gear for 6% hit and only need edgemasters if they're not an orc or human. Once you have 6% hit and 305+ weapon skill start stacking AP and Crit. Items I'd swap Mask of the unforgiven for Eye of Rend (of course LH trumps both though) Battleborn Armbraces for Vambracers of the Sadist Devilsaur Gauntlets are better than edgemasters if you're an orc or a human Brigam girdle for Omokk's Girth Restrainer Bloodmail boots for Battlechasers greaves Blackstone ring for Magni's Will Blackcrow for Riphook If you don't have much gear and need the hit your best switches from what I listed will be Battleborn Armbraces, Blackstone ring, Bloodmail boots and Blackcrow/Satyr bow but you should always gear for 6% hit so switch your gear around accordingly.

He might be, but to be fair, there's a patch coming up that makes hoj only drops from emp and not anger. So hes not entirely wrong
