I'd like to add a few things to this excellent video, 1) you can substitute salt for Garlic Salt as it adds all the salt and a kick of garlic, 2) it would be fantastic to have wooden spoons for mixing as the harsh clanking of the metal on metal isn't pleasant to hear on video, 3) a tripod would make this video a bit more consistent and easier on the eye, 4) better lighting would be nice
