I made this. What a great simple recipe. Just kidding, probably cost me over $100 for 3 portions, took all afternoon, broke my blender trying to grind the fish bones/head and absolutely bombed my kitchen. Very tasty though.

Love poached fennel ànd Artichokes with a nice bowl of melted butter and garlic use fingers dip a layer or leaf in the melted garlic butter and even use a nice french baguette tear a bit off to dip and lay a piece on tasty stuff
