Phil’s death was so tragic and affected me more than any other celebrity. He was just raw talent and in so many layers. Thank you for posting this. "NewsRadio" is my all-time favorite sitcom and Phil Hartman was one of the greatest performers ever. It's nice to see him being so genuine in his responses, too. I have a full set if NewsRadio VHS tapes on CD-ROM. Bootleg. Got those off of eBay. Did my best to wear them out, even though the quality was literally a VHS camera recording of the show as it was playing on TV. Terrible, but I still watched the whole series dozens of times. When a legitimate full set came out on Amazon I was happy to get every episode on CD-ROM. Better quality. I guess you could say it is my favorite sitcom.

One note on the Chelsea Clinton joke. Didn't they try it out in the dress rehearsal first? Seems like the dress audience would have had the same reaction as the live audience and that would have given them the chance to cut it. Maybe Myers improvised the line during the live show.
