I’m by no definition a bodybuilder. I consider myself a pretty average dude who goes to the gym weekly to stay in shape but Phil Heath is the reason I follow bodybuilding still to this day. Seeing Generation Iron and his persona and confidence was awesome and I follow the Olympia and the whole scene to this day because of him. Guy’s a winner

Don’t start trying new foods at the end of prep. Keep using foods that you know digest well. Trying new foods right before the show can result in messing up your gut throwing things off.
