@brunsnick when trying to decide between two balls such as the effect and the outer limits pearl that both look great and have very similar numbers ,what do you use to make your final decision on which ball to go with ? 🤔🤔

Same class of performance. Go with feel. One might look better, might have a hunch about it.

​@@GarrettWeiner There are going to be some minute differences between balls of the same class, but they'll do roughly the same thing The crypto boom, cuda pearl and stealth pearl were all very similar and fit the same spot in the bag, but the crypto boom clearly read the earliest and rolled forwards off the spot, while the cuda had the latest, harshest reaction. There are also good comparisons between the venom shock, rattler and iq tour that show the same differences in a similar ball

That's exactly what my original outer limits does with compound. It turned into a monster! I was not a fan of the factory surface so I used compound and now it's my first ball out of the box and I follow it up with the Brunswick Ethos. It's an amazing combo.

Hey Nick, Another awesome video. I’ve been throwing mostly symmetric pearls and shiny balls. I’ve had a lot of success with the Radical Rave, Pandemonium Pearl, and the Intel Pearl is awesome. I’ve also been using the GB4 hybrid lately and loving it. This ball looks really good. I like the cover numbers, HK22 and compound. Another ball I’ve been considering is the Optimum Idol. Do you think I could go wrong with this ball? Which one do you think I could use more for league?

I have the hybrid and took the surface to 1000 grit to smooth it out. At 66, I have had three 700 series this year. I need a strong asym pearl so considering this and the Brutal Collision. Can you do a comparison of the two?

Should be a little longer hook window compared to Violent and maybe more continuous. Both are very flippy though!

I like my outer limits I have it pin down and been wanting a pin up but now this is coming out so thinking about getting this with a pin up instead. I am kind of torn though I love my Widow 3.0 been thinking about going with the 2.0 hybrid instead of the outer limits pearl. I want to avoid over lap and I feel this and the 2.0 will over lap what are your thoughts would you get this or the 2.0

2.0 Hybrid is a bit stronger and more continuous. This is more abrupt off the spot for me.

On my house shot a pearl always goes long and never hooks to pocket how do I get less skid and more flip on a pearl like you do?

Might need more side rotation to get it to flip. Or maybe you throw it harder than I do? Flippy balls need the dry boards to change direction.

I have the Attention Star.. If you like skid flip you'll love it.. if you like a banana shape then I don't recommend it.. Roll what suits you boss👍

Definitely skids. Sometimes hits friction and jerk stops, sometimes kind of arcs, sometimes never flips at all. Guess I can take 400 grit sandpaper to it 😈

I threw my Track Critical Mass the other day that Phil really did invent the core for! The cover did nothing😮. Going to hit it with a 1,000 pad and see if that helps. Have a video up throwing my 1991Faball purple hammer.

It might be a little strong for slow ball speeds. You’d have to polish it up a great deal.

@brunsnick Have another question if you don't mind. I currently have the hazmat and nu hammer. My question is I was thinking about the top of my bag with an extreme envy and maybe adding a widow 3.0 or envy tour solid as a benchmark. Would that work well as arsenal in your opinion? I do also plan on ordering this hammer effect but I don't know where it will fit in that arsenal other than maybe taking the place of the hazmat? Would the arsenal be from top to bottom. Extreme envy, hazamat or effect,then benchmark either widow 3.0 or envy tour solid, then nu hammer. Would that be accurate?
