King's Call is a tribute to Elvis and features Mark Knopfler on guitar!! Out in the Fields was written by Gary Moore and was supposed to be the upcoming single but was missing a b side. That problem was solved when it turned out Phil had a song that worked with the like anti war theme in Out in the Fields. Both songs did Gary during the second half of the '80s in his shows while Phil did at least Military Man with his short lived post TL project Grand Slam. Gary and Phil actually did one more song during these sessions although that song never made it to the album. It was "hidden" as a bonus track on a maxi single or just single and the song was the old TL song Still in Love With You.

Seen Thin Lizzy 5 times in Sweden and Denmark The best was with G Moore and Scott Gorham But I saw G Moore as supporting act to Queen that was the best concert ever.

It’s Lie-not😊the musicanship is just insane. On both Phil and Gary. Those guys could do anything. On the track The mans a fool, Phil actually toys with his daughter Sarahs space gun. You can hear it through the track. The song Military Man is a Lynott penned song. Old town is a tribute to Dublin. Its like Phils Penny Lane. I have some suggestions for you from the Lizzy/Lynott familiy tree to do that will blow your mind

You ought to react to, 'Half Caste', which I think was a non-album b-side. It's got a very interesting sound/feel to it, very unaccustomed to the usual Thin Lizzy sound.
