After listening this a few times, it seems this tape was before the other, since most of the songs are still sketches and the other tape has more finished songs. Though, some of them aren't the same. Phil's friend is a bit insistent with his enthusiasm, which is a shock to Ochs humour, I feel. Phil kept almost silent to such enthusiasm. I've heard a snapshot of "Reincarnation", which I thought was from his previous days. It turns out, it is from his last days... This is another example of Ochs closing life circle. (among the other ones are his return to country and rock & roll, his memories of childhood or concerning more with journalism and movies than with music (see his writings)).
