The thing about the exclusives is anger from people who have had brand loyalty to xbox from day 1 and i can understand it. I was angry and sad when Sega stopped making consoles and became third party, i cared about the brand a lot not to mention had to buy 3 consoles for their games lol

While the 360 did get that head start. It did not beat playstation at all. Ps3 sold more for 1 thing. Please do research before fan boy corporation bumming

I don't have an issue with Xbox. I think they have upset the hardcore fan base with everything they have done. I see the approach they are taking is letting down the people who have been loyal hardware fans and would be the same issue if Sony did the same thing

I’m concerned about the impact this will have on physical media as a collector, but I do like the fact if I’m travelling I can play my games on the move on my phone or laptop

Which is ironic given that I had 8 Xbox 360s in its generation, but my PS3 lasted from just after release until the PS5 era 😂 A huge part of the PS3s popularity came from an incredible line up of exclusive games. Something Microsoft have never managed to get anywhere near.

Good video. But I cannot agree that Microsofts decisions do not affect us, the gamers/customers/consumers. Customers always win when there is a good competition between companies, like it was during 7th gen. No one wants a monopoly or someone far ahead of others. But if Microsoft is making bad decisions that is making their Xbox brand a weaker competitor against Sony, we all will lose. That's why we (should) care.

Interesting video. I do have to dispute that the "Xbox 360 was on top of everything" however... I had about 8 xbox 360s over the years of its lifespan, yet had ONE PS3 from just after release until I bought a PS4. The original xbox didnt have a jars drive, or wifi, or rechargeable controllers. The PS3 was by far a superior console at release and never needed changing. The 360 was pathetic at release and needed many multiple iterations to become a powerhouse. Also, I had about 5 power supplies for my 8 consoles... the PS3s internal power supply never had issues, it just needed a standard UK "kettle" lead. Of which, mine had its original one for the entire generation. The 360 was an incredible machine eventually, but those of us that were there from the beginning remember how flawed and sub standard it truly was for a long time. RROD? Not just that it was common, but the denial and controversy surrounding Microsoft acknowledging that this issue even existed. The original xbox was released an amazing machine though, I was blown away when that came out.

The whole exclusive rant is a L take. Some peoples console choice is swayed by exclusives. Halo for example. If those games are no longer exclusive there is no incentive/advantage of owning that console. Its no wonder Microsoft are losing to Sony & Nintendo consistantly.

Please check your facts before doing videos...Ps3 outsold Xbox 360 by over 3 million units despite the 360s headstart time wise. The Ps3 also had more games.. If you really do want your channel to improve, you have to check things before stating them! I'm not trying to put you down, just trying to help! 😁

Assassin's Creed Syndicate, an almost decade old game looks great on the PS5 Pro, as it recently got an 4K 60fps update. I am not an Xbox fan, i am a PlayStation person through and through since childhood, who first had a PSP back in the day.
