BTW, I was over my old man's house recently, and showed him your channel. I was shocked how much he got into it. He loves your breakdowns on films. If you knew him, you'd see he doesn't take kindly to anything new to him. Props to you. Now if he just had KZbin... Or the internet.

Rest of the NFC praying he dosen’t reach his full potential. That DB room is already insane. Unfortunately for everyone else, Fangio is probably one of the best coaches Ringo could have landed with to reach his upside

Y bring back the vets from last year and gar John too just older should have went heavier in the draft crazy as that sounds these Wr and DB coming out are crazy,, and needed edge rusher gram is cooked our Rush is just our DT nothing else gonna have to blitz like crazy and these cbs gonna get exposed 😢

@@ChrisTammaroif you know football it’s also a business. Just like working in a warehouse you have floor leads then manager then supervisor and so on and so forth Edit: my reason for saying this is because the old guys train the new guys. No coach is going to know football like a football player.

Could be top 3 defense. Top 3 DBs. Amazing turn of events, and much improved coaches and schemes. Growing pains and adjusting to the new might take a bit, but solid AF. Good for Hurts having to make it work outperforming this Defense, will only make him better.

@@TopBillinSports He will definitely be trade bait. Tbh this the most confident I have been in our secondary since Brown, Sheppard, Dawkins, M.Lewis. We have dawgs all over the secondary VF will be using a dime package so this will be interesting. JB just has to be released he can’t play man without safety help. Colts may grab him hopefully.

The competition in the secondary is good for two reasons: (1) it means there are lots of good players and (2) those players better ball the fuck OUT if they want a roster spot.

Ringo was a oversized corner. Murf you called it b4 he even stepped on the field at UGA that he was overrated but people see the 5 star beside a player's name and think hes the second coming. They also said you talked bad about him in which you didn't. You only called out his play on the field and never talked bad about him personally. Thats the difference between knowledge of the game and a fan!

Facts, and he was actually beat on that very play, but Bryce Young severely underthew it. He definitely has the makings of something special, it will be about him putting it all together to be more well-rounded in the types of routes he can cover.

Ringo was pretty good when he finally started to get some playing time. He's still very young, not yet 22. I think he has tremendous upside, if he can get his technique improved. He has the tools
@TopBillinSports
@TopBillinSports Ай бұрын
When you say he was pretty good, can you actually point to him doing anything? I think people conflate that end of the game INT that was just some hail Mary stuff to be the entire stretch for him. I decided to take it out in the interest of time, but I had his target/completion chart and he gave up like 85% of his targets his way. It wasn't a big deal because they were pretty inconsequential, but it didn't necessarily show anything.

@@TopBillinSportsI think you should go back and check the Seattle game . He played very well in that game. Both Giants games as well. He was up and down in the AZ game.. got beat for the TD because he was flat footed, but that’s coachable.
@TopBillinSports
@TopBillinSports Ай бұрын
@@LBoogie1978 - He wasn't targeted because Drew Lock sucked, and he got to see Tommy Devito (who sucked) and Tyrod Taylor. Geno Smith would've torched him. His target percentage was in the 60's for the season. Which metric are you using to say someone is good if they have 2 total PBU and a target percentage in the 60's? Edit: his actual target % was 63.6 and his rating was an 86. Those aren't good numbers by any stretch of the imagination. He had 2 PBUs on the season. I'm asking a legit question. And don't ever tell me to go back on anything; I do film studies for each game and several of them, so respect my grind and shine. Me not agreeing with whatever it is you think about this sport doesn't mean I didn't watch or aren't versed in what I'm talking about, as I'm the one sitting here with the actual track record of a successful football analyst. So, please tell me what your metric is and how you arrived to your conclusion?

@@TopBillinSports man, relax with the energy 😂 . You already loss the argument starting off with who he played against. That’s who was on the field and carved the rest of our defense, so now what? If you were really that nice breaking shit down, you’d be in someone’s NFL front office but instead, you’re on KZbin. People can have differing opinions and, you aren’t any different or better than anyone else offering their opinions.. Respect it! Metrics? Laughable.. watch the game. He played very well in the Seattle game and had a key break up in the money zone against DK that was a major play. I don’t need metrics to tell me that.
@TopBillinSports

@@LBoogie1978 - If I was really nice dissecting films I'd be in an NFL front office, yet here you are watching me earn a great living doing so without me even having to ask you to do it - so what does that say about you? I didn't lose any "argument" because I'm not in competition with complete nobodies who go around watching YT videos and then trying to demean the people he watches. I can bet you would never catch traction on this platform if you wanted to - so your opinion is about as valuable as some tissue I wipe my ass with. 63% targeting with an 86 rating and two total PBUs - one being on an INT when they were in prevent and the ball was going to a player he wasn't guarding. And you can't even comprehend correctly, I said he wasn't targeted because Drew Lock sucks. Lock throws most of his passes to the right side of the field because he can barely get through his progressions. I also cover Seattle for a living, which I'm sure you didn't know. And he rotated in all those games and they played a legit high zone defense to not get beat deep, which is the only thing Lock can actually do. It was inconsequential play because he wasn't really involved in anything to where he'd have to transition with stems and breaks and it was truncated. You can believe what you want, but I didn't seek out your opinion nor did I comment to you. You commented to me on my video on my platform where I have 12 years in this business as a professional analyst after having worked at Bleacher Report, SB Nation, Rivals, 247Sports, Yahoo Sports Radio, etc., when I was done playing.

He may be athletic and have all the tools to play corner, but he has zero ball skills and lacks anticipation. He doesn’t contest for the ball and plays like he’s just there to make the tackle. It’s a free reception he’s giving up on every route he covers. Not a fan of his game.

My man, let's get a couple of things straight because you internet commenters be mad outta pocket, and I'm not the one. In fact, I'm the only one you should avoid fuckin with in this space. 1. I don't know you and you don't know me, so don't be acting familiar as if we are friends or something. Don't be fuckin with my name as that means something to me as it's my family's name. 2. My name is Jersey Murf. I'm not South Jersey anything. I rep my entire state, and I'm actually a North Jersey resident, which you should know since you somehow think you know me. I have lived in South Jersey and North, and I love my state. Whatever I do in life should NEVER concern you because I'm not your boyfriend. Stop thinking because you watch me cover football for a career that you actually know me or that makes us cool because we're not. Stop being delusional.
