My class had 6 teams making gin, each with their own recipe. The team with the lemon heavy gin did not fare well at all. But taste is in the tongue of the beholder.

This is one of the types of things I'm wanting to do when I get the extender from you. I've also ordered parts for a reflux column so I can make vapor extracted gin. But from everything I've seen, I'll most likely still prefer pot still/maceration extracted gin.
