This was so much fun. Phillip says “ I got the chandelier with a sofa and three chairs that came with and cache pots, with 3 or 4 rugs and a pile of painting thrown in”. What a riot. I loved that Phillip was gifted the sofa and then gifted the sofa and three chairs and one rug to Chantelle and Stephen. Phillip has a generous soul.

Oh that little sofa with all the animals really had Philip's name written all over it! What a haul btw! Galahad reminds me of my Grandmother's Dachshund who lived to "help her drive" lol. He knew every turn so he recognized any destination by whoch tuen she took and was always checking out where she was headed (and commenting lol). No two dogs are ever the same, they all have their unique personalities, and Galahad clearly loves being actively involved in whatever's afoot! ❤

I just have to say that here in America, it's stressful, and there's so much weirdness from politics and hateful people spewing miserable lies on social media. On the other hand, there's you and Phillip and your aunt and uncle and friends and chateaus and lovely meals and your happy laugh and your appreciation for all things beautiful. One of mine ended up being a carsick pup when he’s in the car and it has turned out to be not such a fun time, we do give him Benadryl if we’re going on a long drive but for you guys that would be horrible as much as you guys drive around but you really don’t know it until you take them for the first car ride.

The Netherlanders are the finest merchandisers! Happy birthday Philip! The former owners would have been so happy for their collections 2 b adored. Always check monochrome vases and lamps too. Sometimes decorators painted vase and lamps in the past and the paint comes off of the porcelain very easily due to the vitriosness of glaze. I hope you always find treasures.
