Phillip is a total monster with tone and crazy phrasing. It’s criminal that he’s not playing large venues and isn’t a household name

I was very good friends with Cesar and miss him dearly. He was a master at what he did and one of the funniest guys I’ve ever hung with. Rest In Peace my Homie.

do you know if he used to own that Takamine that Dylan played in 1981 UK/EU tour?

I can't count the number of times that I've grooved to the video of him playing live with the great Jeff Healey.

Always great content Chris and Paul! Do a shoutout to Nik Sivigny (apologies for spelling errors) over in the U.S. I hear he’s friends with Mr Sayce also has reviewed your gear which is how I got onto you guys! 👍🇦🇺

Nik is an awesome guy. I love that he just shoots off of his phone and it’s a very real and authentic look in to what he’s doing. Always provides great advice and I find myself learning more and more as I go back and rewatch his videos. He’s also friends with JD Simo. Simo shouted him out on his lastest rig rundown. I was able to talk to JD because of Nik myself which was really cool for a guitar nerd like me

Keep up the great content lads! Got my first proper fuzz 6 months ago from you (silicon fuzz). I'm still amazed with the versatility of this pedal. I've always used the volume on my strat for taming drive pedals to clean up the sound, but your fuzz pedal is still usable down to 3 on the pot. Most pedals lose their thing at 7 ish as the volume decreases. It's an inspirational pedal to say the least. Cheers!

Really amazing interview Chris.a Amaing nights bro Ceasr for sure. Phillip is one of the best blues players or all time as well as Jeff Healey who I saw play one of the most bad-ass solos on Night Music, an old music show that all of the greats played on ( SRV, Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins etc…) and the song was called “ Can you the see the light “ and he with his teeth, behind his head and then ends with one of the most blisteringly fast solos I’ve ever heard AND he did it all while sitting down, using his thumb to fret and it literally just blew me mind man. If you haven’t seen it that it….if not I’ll find the link and add it o the comment.

I own an early ‘90’s Cesar Fuzz Face prototype. The thing sounds huge. It wasn’t a production model and I’ve been told it was one of his early attempts at doing a fuzz
