Flying out from Manila back to Calif. Philippine Airlines served me the same chicken adobo with sautéed mushroom and some flavorful rice. I've been searching high and low trying to figure out that very dish. It would be so nice if there was some how there was a site that has all the airline's dishes and recipes. I would love to recreate this dish!

Maybe that’s RP-C8784 flew with RP-C8764 last June 17,2018 it is in bi class configuration

@Ryle the Explorer yes this one is the tri class one and this aircraft is 8784 not 8764 since 8764 is in a different configuaration

I think that’s 8784 only 8 PAL A330s to receive the tri class RP-C8780 RP-C8781 RP-C8782 RP-C8783 RP-C8784 RP-C8785 RP-C8786 RP-C8789

But this aircraft airbus a330 a jumbo plane like airbus a321 small plane of pal Second from Manila to nagoya, Osaka or Tokyo used that airbus a330 Third if from cebu to nagoya Osaka and Tokyo used airbus a321

PAL serves inflight meal on a two hour flight to Hong Kong. CX just serve a sandwich and cookie.
