Ang mga sabisabi nila na sa bawat proyekto na ginagampanan ng ating gobeyierno meron daw 10 to 20% minsan daw ay even more pa para sa politikong nagbigay signal matuloy ang proyekto ay mabawasan, nakapalaking pera ang pwedeng mapakinabangan para pandagdag sa ating defense budget at hindi na kailangan maincrease from 1 to 2% sa ating annual budget ma allocate para sa ating defense budget. Napakalaking pera ang nasasayang na napunta lamang sa mga nangongomissiong mga politiko mga proyektong pinahahawakan sa mga kamag anak at close friend ng mga politiko. Kung totoo ang mga umuugong na usap usapan itoy sobrang nakakalungkot😌

Kung ako sa DND, i'll focus on both Surface Vessels, and Submerzibles... At least 12 units of AAM / ASM capable Frigate class, 12 units of Heavily Armed Destroyer class 24/48 units of SSM/ ASW Capable Corvette class 24 units ng SAM/ SSM/ASW capable Armed OPV's, 24/48 units of 60 m. Sampari class Missile gunboats, 48 units of Acero class missile gun boats. 3/6 units of Scorpene class Attack Submarines.... Yan ang pwedeng madaliin ng Phil. Navy, pero dapat locally made para mas mabilis ang building, at turnover and commissioning ng Warships... Doon lang pedeng ma maximized ng AFP ang budget nila e....

AFP modernization, submarines, at surface fleets magiging kapakapakinabang kung talagang gagamitin sa pagtangol sa ating teritoryo. Tanungin natin si Pres. Marcos kung ok sa kanya ang ganyang mungkahi. Hindi kaya sabihin niya, "Huwag, magescalate iyan ng tension sa China." Kahit mga watercanon ayaw niyang magpalagay sa mga barko ng PCG. Kaya kung sakali man magkaroon ang Pinas ng AFP modernization, submarines, o surface fleets, siguruhin natin na handa gamitin ang mga iyon laban sa pangaangkin ng China sa ating teritoryo. Meron na tayong MDT, EDCA bases, at panay joint maritime military exercises kasama ang U.S. at ibang ka alliansa ng U.S., ngunit nagagamit ba natin ang mga ito laban sa pananakop ng China?

Buy the Scorpin Sub from France ,it's a NATO standard plus France is Offering Building Sub facilities here Philippine with Techno. These is the Unit needed to be put up we don't have any of this now. Plus multi fighter jets
