Philippines Biggest UNKNOWN City 5 Hour Travel From Dumaguete

After visiting Dumaguete I realized Bacolod is only a 6 hour bus ride and well worth the visit. The city is very under the radar and even though it is very hot it still is a good size city with a lot of development ongoing. Also, the cost of living there is very, very good and is what you think it "should" considering the economy in the Philippines. I think a handful of individuals would consider this as a town they could retire in. Have a look for yourself. Enjoy!
