American here. Just a quick recap of our not so far history with the Philippines. We promised them complete independence once they fight the Spaniards with us. Which they did. But once the Spaniards were gone they had to fight us for independence. We killed more than 200,000 Filipinos in the process, which took 40 years. To us they were savages. They also sent 10s of thousands of soldiers to help us in WWII, with the promise of full veterans benefit to them. Which we denied afterwards. Chose your enemies wisely, but chose your allies even more wisely. Glad to see Bongbong finally showing some common sense.

for 5000 years the chinese had 300kms of border with phillipines. didnt attack even once. usa has 1000 foreign military bases. china has i think 1 or 2? lets not get confused here. china is surrounded by u.s bases, a big part of the reason china wants a buffer zone is for missile bases to defend china from u.s attack, if the u.s wasnt so aggressive, would china feel that need for that buffer zone of protection? im guessing no. all empires have their agendas too, i wont deny that, but lets not forget whos agressive posture is driving all this shit, america, as usual, just like in europe when they push nato up against russias border. you cant mass forces on someones border and not expect some kind of response. so yes, this is actually about a clash of titans. a shame phillipines sovereignity has to suffer a little bit for it though, i wish it were otherwise, i love the phillipines. but none of us should love american foreign policy, even if we love america, its extremely aggressive, foolhardy, unstrategic, and downright reckless, you know, the behaviour of those corrupt individuals leading the american empire. america has no land in asia, they have no business here, all their presence does is antagonise. dont let the american thief in the door. dont let america spread their dangerous new liberalism and war rhetoric. feeling threatened by china shouldnt be a reason to get closer to america, all americas allies have been made to regret that decision. becuase usa dont look after their allies. they betray them. the world must take a stand against all globalism, against all imperialism, and through diplomacy, thats the way to protect against colonisers, thats the key to peace.

Most of the Philippines problem done by the leaders of the country. Just take a look in WPS/SCS, the problem started during President Ramos time. Exacerbated during President Arroyo because she was more concerned of domestic politics than to secure, protect & preserve the WPS. Worsen during President Duterte that was time when the country's sovereignty surrendered to China. And, Continued up to this time because the Office of the President, National Security Council & Armed Forces of the Philippines whose constitutional mandate is to secure, protect and preserve the national territory does not have clear policy of the situation. What they have? Words...words...sometimes fiery words...oftentimes conceding words of hopelessness.

Territorial disputes over the SCS would be rapidly solved by cooperation between nations with competing claims - if the US kept its big fat nose out of it. The simple fact of the matter is that no nation other than China has the capacity to keep the sea lanes open and literally-overseas interests from stealing its resources. The obvious solution is a cooperative body to manage and share resources and settle individual disputes, with China providing primary enforcement and maritime security for the area, as well as the bulk of the capital and technical assistance required to harvest the sea's resources in a mutually-beneficial and sustainable manner. What is it about "win-win" that is so hard to grasp?

Recently USA offered the Philippines that they would help resupply missions. I was watching the military games between Russia and China unfortunately for China their temu tank fell apart during the games. I even heard Pakistan bought many tofu tanks from the ccp but, had to send the temu tanks back to China for repair even the Prime Minister of Pakistan stated it was a piece of junk unfortunately for the Pakistanis, the temu tanks broke down again so the Prime Minister of Pakistan told the Chinese not to build the damn temu tanks for them just send the parts and they would build the tanks themselves unfortunately for the Chinese it was a huge embarrassment, even their allies like Russia made fun of the Chinese but just my opinion it’s a design flaw😂😂😂😂😂 just like there, Temu soldiers unfortunately China couldn’t get a break with Saudi Arabia and UAE they had to return the so-called Fire Dragon air defense junk worth $6 billion I bet they kicking themselves in the head even Peru wouldn’t touch Chinese military hardware even though the CCP offered the Peruvian government half-price on Chinese military junk but lucky for them they passed on the deal which was the smartest move they ever made especially after hearing about Brazil and Bolivia having problems with their equipment but did you about hear the situation in Bolivia?
