And I think the U.S is considering or have already withdrawn their soldiers from fighting because they don't get any benefit from it, which is bad for the innocent people in the country who needed protection. I don't see how they will keep this kind of wars if right now they're actually considering on not fighting them

Usually not a fan of vice. But actual respect to the reporter and cameraman. Not only did they respect what the SF were doing, they kept up, followed instructions, and did exactly what they were told, all the while finding info, and giving if they can. Without having being trained like the SF. Of course, two different roles entirely, but props to anyone who can keep up with any SF.

abudlah mohamuf: The nonprofessional actions of the *Filipino troops have endangered the lives of 45 Fijian soldiers.* They have defied orders at a time when *Gen Iqbal Singh had negotiated a ceasefire with the rebels* to ensure that all troops in the conflict area could exit. But the Filipinos got scared when rebels reached near their position and first fired and when could not hold, escaped to the Israel. What was the need to fire and escape when you were given orders that a ceasefire has been negotiated and there is no need to panic by seeing the enemy near you. *But the coward Filipino soldiers thought only about themselves and got the 45 Fijian soldiers who were kidnapped, close to be killed.*

Part of my job in the Navy was as the night check supervisor of the line division plane captains who service troubleshoot launch inspect and recover fighter jets I had Filipino plane captains I wouldnt trade for love or money They were extremely hard-working knowledgeable brave and could always be counted on because they were very responsible and conscientious and I also learned to love their native foods like ponzit and lumpia which they brought to our pot luck parties all the time. Also the Filipino government had no standing army in WWII but they still fought along our guys bravely Additionally the government of the Philippines dumped their entire gold reserves in Manila Bay rather than let the Japanese get their hands on it and the Filipino people suffered greatly for that but it didnt stop their resolve to fight an overwhelming enemy and be victorious God bless the Philippines!!!

Reading comments over a year after the siege ended, I find something peculiar. Foreigner's comments are mostly about our soldiers smiling while under fire. On the flip side, Filipinos comment on our guys giving the reporter looks of admiration. :)

BernyAV Literally so many countries teach their citizens English as a 2nd language lol They’re also special forces, so they have to know English when they meet with allies.
@jome22845 жыл бұрын
A vast majority of Filipinos are multi-lingual. On average, Filipinos know 3-4 languages: 1st - Filipino, the national language of the Philippines 2nd - English, the second language mandated by law to be taught in all schools 3rd - Local dialect, from the province their parents and/or grandparents are from 4th - Whichever language that fancies a Filipino, often Korean, Japanese, or Chinese
