I can't open the remote control at all! I try to glide in the arrow way as shown in instruction and it's not opening at all. 😮

You need to glide the cover towards the logo at the back - dry hands are mandatory! I just checked and it is a bit tricky, but opens pretty easy on my remote.

@TVguyDarko Thx a lot, but still not working. We did exactly like in the instructions and as you said, glide towards the logo. 3 persons could not open it at all. It's first time in my life when I can't open a remote and it's frustrating 😂 Tomorrow I'll need to go to the shop with remote and ask them to insert the batteries... if they can.
