How many devices can a hue bridge hold?

How do I keep front door Philips hue lights from bedroom lights as when I say to Alexa on my sonos beam it's turning all lights on including Front door light. Do I need another hue bridge just for outdoor lights ?

because its a pain to wait each time for the bluetooth connection and the light setting does not safe itself if its off

Bluetooth is a pain in the ass especially with outside lights. You also can't set schedules, timers or other automation. You can access the API via the hub if you want to run some custom scripts. You can also add smart switches and sensors with the hub.

Yes you can control them even when you are not connected to the same network as long as you enable that feature in the settings
