Congrats to the Mets and their fans. I am a Phillies fan and I can't believe the Phils have gotten this far. The only thing that got us into the playoffs was an unbelievable first half of the season. We have been crappy since the All Star break and our bullpen has been absolutely pathetic. If the offense doesn't wake up and get a 5 or 6 run lead before the bullpen comes in...we are toast. Congrats to the Mets for playing team ball and not trying to hit a HR with every swing.

Mendoza should get tons of credit. It is not really about one guy with them, it is belief, energy and chemistry, unusual in baseball, but its true. they have proven it.

How about this Mets team? Don't think Philly is gonna move on but this series has been absolutely electric

The Mets remind me of the Phillies of two years ago, and remember they ended up in the World Series.

I just watched two former Mariners crush it in this game, congrats to Winker and Stanek

I’m rooting for Philly just like I have for decades, it pains me to see them bats go cold at the worst possible moment AGAIN. I just hope they can come alive to send the series back to the bank
