It can also be used in solo raids, I was having wayy too much trouble with a Gardevoir lvl 6 Fairy with thunder wave and my Perrserker was the only one that could beat it. Same build as the video except I added a sword dance for the fourth move. Thanks.

You can breed the hidden ability down if you use an ability patch. Unlike with bottle caps or nature mints, you are actually giving your pokemon its hidden ability rather than using the bottle cap to make the game consider a given stat as having max ivs

It’s real fun when your iron hands drops that 6 star down to 0 before the shield gets a chance to come up. And you can see it’s done. Then boom it’s at half health with a shield up and you can’t even get the promp to attack and zap it somehow beat you.

Unfortunately, this strategy is not useful for most players as you need to speak to three more people to coordinate it (As an aside, I also have no doubts mod/genned/cloned Pokémon are going to be shared...it the sad state of the community in general). It would be more interesting to have actual strategies for solo, as these are going to be a more comon situation, but I would assume it would take time to develop them. But it is an interesting way to promote your discord lol. In any case, the additional information you show (training / items) is appreciated

This ability for raids need to be nerfed. the whole point of the raid is to be hard. If you can't figure out a proper way to beat the raids then maybe you shouldn't be doing them.
