Todays visit is a True Crime case. The Killings of the Philpott Kids In Derby,
Michael S. Philpott (born December 1956)[2] is a British convicted mass killer who was found guilty in April 2013 of causing the deaths of six of his children by arson. Philpott had made several media appearances because of his benefits-funded lifestyle and polyamorous relationships.
Following an eight-week trial, Philpott and his wife Mairead, together with their friend Paul Mosley, were found guilty of the manslaughter of the Philpotts' six children.

I live in Derby and drive down that road regularly. Really feel the council should have built a memorial park to those poor kids. Awful events of that night cut deep in that community and beyond. May they Rest in Peace. Thanks Paul

The council canvassed the area asking if a memorial garden or new homes were to be built. Everyone said new homes, because they didn't want to be reminded of the tragedy on a daily basis. Also new homes would help house a family.

The council asked the residents local to the area what they wanted. They didn't want a remembrance garden as they felt the community didn't need the reminder & they were also worried it would be vandalised, so the houses were knocked down & they designed homes that could go there without actually being built on the ground the beautiful children lost there lives, hence the design of the house. I live in Derby & know a lot of people on Victory Road, my children had played with the Philpott children lots of times when we were visiting friends on Victory Road.

I hate this guy!! Being a true crime junkie like I am, I’ve seen several documentaries on this case. He had no remorse whatsoever & even went so far as to make sexual advances against a nurse who was taking care of duwayne before his death. He is sick!! This whole case is sick & to think that this excuse for a human will walk our streets one day is despicable . Thank you Paul ❤ xx

Seeing mass graves of children reminds me of the Cemetery in Aberfan where lines of graves of a 116 children are buried side by side. That was a tragic disaster. What Mick Philpot did was deliberate. If this was in America they would have got life without Parole. Nobody was prosecuted for the deaths of 116 Children and 28 Adults in the Aberfan disaster and the 1.5 million raised at the time a fortune in 1966 for the disaster fund from around the world was used to clean up the mess from the coal tip that killed them. the families pretty much got bugger all for their loss. George Thomas (Lord Tonypandy) was at the helm of this administration who later went on to become Speaker at the house of commons. There is a beautiful memorial garden on the grounds of the old School and benches where you can sit to look at the lines of head stones of children. I challenge you not to be moved. It was the 57th anniversary on the 21st of October 2023

I went to school with 3 of Philpott’s Children (all still alive). I can’t even begin to imagine how they all felt knowing what their Dad had done to their siblings nor how much hate they probably got from the public during the aftermath. I really felt for them at the time. RIP to the children that died 🕊️

Lovely tribute to the poor innocent children who were born to that self-indulgent pathetic man. I'll never forget the day of the funeral and the funeral procession going past my workplace. Just catching up on your recent vids Paul after coming back from the States. It only feels like yesterday since this awful tragedy 😢 This P.O.S should never be released and I hope he rots inside. But here he is in prison in the warm, cooked meals every day, probably access to a gym, TV etc with a better life than some of our elderly, while these poor children didn’t get the chance to grow up! Apparently the wife was released a few years ago and only served some of her sentence! For 6 lives! 😡Just shows how the U.K. justice system is a joke.
