The recipe came out great. I used water and dry milk instead. A full pack of years so 2 1/4 teaspoons And I also used imperial butter aka vegan butter. It was too sticky, I guess because of the fake butter, it tends to hold a lot of water. But all I had to do was cover it in a lot of flour. I just incorporated the butter until I could not see it anymore and realized it was too sticky. It was done in 10-15minutes. I have an old oven so.

Looks easy and yummy; I've seen others brush bread that's to be baked with only butter not milk, but the milk gave them a nice color and the butter enhanced that look once out of the over! thank you!!! I've bought what's called Hawaiian Rolls that are similar in size but have a slightly sweet taste so I imagine that sugar or honey is added to the dough before the first rise to make those type of rolls.

Hi Phil, I love your work from Kisumu kenya❤ I yried the recipe but mine didn't quite work😅 My rolls had a hard dough after baking, and I didn't become bread like. What could be the problem? I suspect my yeast had issues, too. They also got burnt at the bottom... I am using Nunix gas cooker that has an oven. I did 170 degrees Celsius, preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
