Chills throughout what a powerful performance by Faisal a legendary vocalist, the laid back vibe with pain in Younus voice and the slightly hard questioning tune of Anjum...a perfect combination...not to mention the composition, mix and those starting piano tunes and transition to Younus....getting goose bumps even thinking about it. Faisal was part of band Strings with 30 yrs of career (also Strings produced Coke Studio S07-11) now separated happily last year and on other hand Young stunners with v bright future and amazing talent.

Loved watching your reactions to coke studio season 14. Looking forward to your other reactions. If you would like to explore more would definitely recommend the coke studio spin-off "Coke Studio: Explorer." The premise of the show was to explore the undiscovered musical talent of Pakistan (More specifically minorities). People who didn't have much of a digital foot print. There were 5 episodes in total each with its own behind the scenes (aka the magical journey) on how they discovered the artists. Out of those 5 would recommend you atleast check out these three: 1. Pareek by Amrina and Ariana. 2. Faqeera by Shamu Bai and Vishnu 3. Ha Gulo by Qasamir The spin-off was sadly cancelled only after the first season but that was due to production changes. It aired before season 11 and was started by the producers who took the helm for that season (Zohaib Kazi & Ali Hamza). Season 2 was rumoured to be produced by Xulfi but that sadly never ended up happening.

Faisal Kapadia is veteran. This guy ran Coke Studio while he was in his band Strings for 4 seasons. Thats not just it. He's like big, very big, his song Najaane Kyun was selected by sam raimi himself for Spider-man 2 Asia's release. Strings was the longest running band in Pakistan's history from 1988-2021

So we thought we would separate this one to see what happens so we can earn a little for our efforts. It is unclear on whether we will do this each time. Maybe some of the times but not every video. I don’t know if you’ve listened to white flag by Dido. The subject matter of this song is similar if not exactly the same. Lyrically, Pakistani music is very deep, metaphorically speaking.
