As a resident of Hampton Roads and a huge Phish fan, Hampton Police are handling this beautifully with a great attitude. Phish fans are some of the nicest people on earth and like any large group of people, there are always a few bad guppies that give us a bad name. phish fans are older and spend money in the community so this will be a big bump to all local businesses. Can't wait and I am going to have a blast!

i would think any L.E.O./department would be happy that the chaos is contained to a relatively small area for a relatively short period of time and not go nuts hassling people and making unnecessary arrests and so on ... ?
