If I were to do a full set / show (maybe?) what would you think would be the best one to start with?
@FlowerSupply42021 күн бұрын
6/11/94 I. Then 6/11/94 II. (You HAVE done a lot of 94, I know, but it is the best year imo and you haven’t actually heard a whole show. But if you want more funky and ethereal, a little slower, 12/7/97 Set 1 and then 12/7/97 Set 2. There was a time when those two shows were known by EVERY Phish fan.)
@FlowerSupply42021 күн бұрын
…Or as I originally begged for, 12/31/95 whole show! But it’s 3 sets so I think it’s a bigger commitment, you should prob start with a 2 setter imo.

@@MikeReale-e8k Here is a summation as seen on wikipedia of the confusion here..."Each track on the album was recorded at a different live show in the United States with one track taken from the 1994 summer tour and the rest from the fall tour. Although recorded at different venues, the songs are noted in the liner notes as having been recorded at "The Clifford Ball", a reference to aviator Clifford Ball that the band would use again as the name of their 1996 festival.[10] This decision was made because the band's management could not secure the recording rights from every venue featured on the album at the time of its release."

@@tecreates2384 I'm a drummer also. Maybe you're on to something there.

I changed the title because I don’t really focus on the drumming and that was confusing some folks. I am a drummer reacting to “X” but it’s not me analyzing the drumming. So, I get where the confusion came from. I’ve honestly lost views because of the title change but I don’t want to be considered clickbait either. I want to give an authentic and heartfelt reaction to some dope ass music and call it a day. Titles drive engagement. I could be like “OH MY GOD THE BEST PHISH SONG EVER” as the title and it would have 10k easy. But that’s just cheesy and Im already cheesy enough.
