Pho Ga Kho in Houston

We tried a bowl of Pho Ga Kho: "dry" pho noodles with chicken, and soup broth on the side. So different from "normal" pho that you eat like noodle soup! Found my new favorite style of pho at Pho 54 in Saigon-Houston Plaza!
*learned later: the more normal way is to eat the noodles and sip the broth! whatever you think tastes better.

Also favorite pho place is pho ann #3 off of 242 and 45n. Shrimp cakes are awesome and so is the seafood pho #4 lol
