I have just recently discovered Phoebe Bridgers. For me she is the female songwriter I like best since Joni Mitchell. She will have a great career, I believe. The session at Paste Studios is very beautiful. I could listen to it for hours. Maybe irrelevant side note: "Georgia" strongly reminds me of Lloyd Cole's "No More Love Songs".

Thank you for sharing these beauties with the world. Ms. Phoebe Bridgers is just so magnificent on many levels. Oh, how about that gentleman accompanying, Phoebe. What a very humble, incredible musician (Harry). He just folds into the background eloquently to give the artist her due. So professional & appreciated over here from the cheap-seats! this is a weird comment section before i even scroll down. i want to especially commend this ambient slide guitarist for creating such a nice and complementary soundscape on that first song. beautiful vocals sound nice among those swells . lyrics not working for me but i might not be receptive for whatever reason. loved how the guitar got distorted with the increased intensity of the vocal. seems like a good artist. second song going to the baritone and the detune. liking these lyrics better.....much better.....yeah, this is really good "burning trash out on the beach". I wonder if this is one of the older or newer ones....someone should build a movie around this tune....
