Revolutionary stuff! One question: Would it be stable enough during regular wheelies? Glides too fast apparently.

Hey, yes it is - wheelies are still absolutely possible and it will be down to the CG how tippy the chair is. We have adjusted the CG to take account of the added weight to the front wheels. For example a +3 CG on your chair will feel like a +2. A +4 will feel like a +3.

How easy will it be using the power assist in tight spaces to maneuver up and down the ramp of a wheelchair van or inside the wheelchair van? Will the electronic braking control your speed to slowly navigate down the wheelchair ramp?
@PhoenixInstinctLtd8 ай бұрын
The chair manouvers like a manual chair. In a tight space you would use a lower level of assist or can use the chair in manual mode if required. There are 12 levels of assist so a lower level would be useful for smaller spaces. If going up a steep ramp you may need to push at the same time to make it easier and use a higher level of assist. And yes the braking will help going down a steep slope. It doesnt take long to get used to what level of assist you need to use for what task.

What is the battery life and distance. Also, are the front wheels user replaceable?
@PhoenixInstinctLtd8 ай бұрын
The battery life and range of the battery depends on load, road surface, usage characteristics and environmental conditions. You may get 10 hours of use in the home in a flat, low friction surface using a low level of assist. Whereas the battery range may reduce to 3 hours if used outdoors on road surface at high speed with regular inclines. The good thing is the batteries are interchangeable and charged separately from the wheelchair. So you can always have spare fully charged one. When one battery is low just unplug and switch with the charged one. This way range is never compromised. Yes the front wheels are user replaceable.

If you need anyone to rep/advertise I’d gladly push one around and show it off at Craig hospital and the Va spinal cord injury unit out here in Denver Colorado 😎 especially for the snow!
