Phoenix judge seriously injured after being hit by red-light runner

A Maricopa County Superior Court judge is fighting for her life after she was hit by a car that ran a red light Wednesday morning.

The high-speed and running red lights are seen in Phoenix every day now. These drivers watched the accidents on the news but just don't care.
