The cost have not yet been released but they should go anywhere between 14-16 million for the two bedrooms and about 10 million for the one bedroom.

Hi Damian, the 21 days your referring to for mortgage. Is it when the house is finished, they ask for the mortgage money like a month before completion?

Hey, Drewsylla, yes it is when the house 🏠 is completed. You will be issued with a certificate of completion for your home then you need to complete the mortgage process in 21 days.
