That was a back to back and the Suns probably played their starters more then they should have in the first game. The playoffs are getting close and you can guess why they wouldn't want OT. They still have important games to come for seedings, Clippers back and forth and Kings, plus a tough schedule.

All the Spurs loosing games is more about the turnovers. Today the Suns got double of turnovers then the Spurs, and San Antonio scored from them, even though Phoenix got the big two scoring high. But no forgetting that the Suns was bad from free throw too. San Antonio Spurs have a great young talents, and fought hard today making good decisions, on both ends. But in this game, i would say the Suns underestimated the Spurs, perhaps because Wemby wasn't playing ? The Spurs also had quite a bit of luck, considering the game was close...

Balance. You must have main players and complimentary players around. Keldon is a B- main player whyle Champagnie is a C+ complimentary player. Keldon needs to be the focus to be effective. As a B- main, leading the bench is the best option for him. Wemby, Sochan and Vassell as our main player need shooting and movement players around them that will be happy not having the ball for entire quarters. Champagnie is better than Keldon at this. Keldon is the better player but not ideal for the starting role.
