Phoenixes-FIERY Elder Elementals that want to light your world AFLAME! (D&D Compendium of Monsters)

Phoenixes are dangerous Elder Elementals that reside on the Elemental Plane of Fire. While they are not particularly intelligent creatures, phoenixes have incredible destructive capabilities thanks to their Siege Monster ability. When not destroying structures, a phoenix enjoys long flights over flammable terrain as it seeks to turn entire worlds into infernos or charred ash. Whichever comes first!

I really like the idea of building my own little chaotic bird, describing it's magnificent beauty (I'll think of something more descriptive later/ in the heat of the moment) just to have it be a lobotomite, and cause chaos as the players have to try to deal with it.

what i think of this thing is that it’s awesome, though now I wonder what the other elder elementals are like. though too bad about there choice for the elder water elemental though
