Rutterkin-Blood War infantry that can turn you into a DEMON!!! (D&D Compendium of Monsters)

Rutterkin are demons that serve the Abyss either in the Blood War conflict on the surface of Avernus or by protecting the Abyss from intruders. Rutterkin are incredibly simple demons, but have some of the most powerful assets for CL 2 creatures. Crippling Fear can hamstring an escape plan while a player character that poorly manages their health or situational awareness can find themselves becoming an abyssal wretch in short order.
