Wow - thanks again for sharing your process. I love that you reconnected with the rock slab in a meaningful way. When I return to places like that it feels like hanging out with old friends - feeds the soul. Keep ‘em coming!😊

Hi Bill, Always so interesting and informative with your precise explanations and your personal reflections! Love your calm style of presentation, based on your long experience in photography and printing. 👍 Keep up your good work, and many thanks from Luxembourg.

You make what I call ‘Quiet Videos’. Lots of contemplating and information about your photography. Catching up over the holiday period. Just bought a film camera for my daughter. I guess she’s on a slippery slope now😉. Regards from another Bill in the UK.

Thank you so much! This makes me feel so good. I understand completely what you mean. Sometimes it can be hard to see things in different ways. You will find yours!

Beautiful video Bill. Do you use magnetic filters? I often use the shutter delay and mirror up function for long exposures. More please, it’s great to see the thought process behind the images.

Hi Barrie! Thank you! I have to admit to being a bit of a Luddite. I still haven’t gone to the magnetic filters yet. They’re definitely in my future, but it’s most likely going to take me breaking one of these to get me there. As for the mirror lock up, I do go there from time to time, but to be honest, I’ve never really noticed much of a difference. I’m only now just setting up different shooting banks, so I’ll probably mess around with that as well. I still shoot this thing like it’s my old Hasselblad. 🤣
