I haven't seen a new video from you for a while now - I hope all is well. I have come from point and shoot photography to interchangeable lens photography quite recently (I am using micro four thirds) and have found your videos very informative, especially with how well you explain how it all works.

Thank you sir for all the effort and hard work you put into each video going into great detail which is explained in simple terms and at a speed which is easy to understand for a real novice such as I. You have helped me so much and I have been learning from you and I have only had a camera for 3 weeks.

Great video!!! This stuff is making sense now. The repetition is welcomed since you've explained the concepts in a few different ways - really helpful.

Hello there Philip. Thank you very much for the awesome tutorials. I appreciate the great work you do and the help you have been providing. I recently won a Canon 7D MarkII and I've been relying on your videos to learn more about how to work it since I'm new to DSLR photography. But I'm not only here to learn, I'm also here for the jokes and the playfull instructor. God bless you sir.

I wonder if you have a lesson about sensor sizes and the best settings that goes with them. As smaller sized sensors don't work well with higher f number without increasing the iso too much.
@PhillipMcCordall7 жыл бұрын
I have but your question depends on cameras, In fact with a small sensor the noise from a small sensor will always be worse compared with a large sensor for the same magnification, just like the grain from a small analogue negative would be larger than the grain on a large format negative. there's no rule on settings as every camera is different.Just keep the iso as low as possible.
