Brilliant! the moment you mentioned about not using the outer glow i thought...how is he going to make the lil light dots. Then you mentioned inner glow and did your magic adjustments and I saw the light from there! Pure Genius :)

@kennmmanproductions The method I showed uses more than two colors, in the range of red/green. If you want to include blues, etc, you'll probably have to use multiple layers.

Sir, I'm using quite a larger brush, about 105px (my imageres is probably quite a bit higher), and using your settings for the scattering and color dynamics I'm getting all sorts of weird lines and black parts in my brush strokes. Do you have any idea whats up with that? Thanks in advance, and thanks for all your tuts :)

@yannick100 i would presume just having both your foreground colour and background colours yellow and continue with this tutorial as normal. And if you mean the inner glow light then its default is already a pale yellow :) Hope this helps.

I am using cs6 beta and when I finish with the brush setting when I start drawing the lights when I press shift and click for the second light all I get is a pure orange light it doesn't switch colors, it is just a pure orange line

Late comment, but my colors are blending together instead of creating a line of alternating dots (shift+click) (example, red and blue are my colors and it's making the line purple)
