Don't forget to try and use the phrasal verbs in a sentence below! I will try and check them all! And don't forget to share the video! :) Phrasal verbs in this lesson 1. Give away - to give something away for free, to not expect any money in return for this item. The second meaning is when a bride is given to her husband usually by her father in marriage. 2. Give up - meaning to stop something completely or stop putting your efforts into something. 3. Give in - after a time to accept someone’s demands or agree to what they want. It can also mean give up as well in the sense that it can mean to stop trying. 4. Give way - to surrender or yield to something stronger. Used usually in formal contexts. For example you must give way on the roads to on coming traffic at certain points when you do not have the priority to go first. The second meaning is to collapse - if something is overloaded it can collapse. 5. To wrap up - to cover something in material. The second meaning is to finish 6. To wrap around to wrap something physically around something else, often something that is round but also it can be completely covered.

Like in the United Kingdom, giving away by sire on espousal befits India's traditional zeitgeist; this but has now given way to elopement nonetheless gigantic unrest has hitherto been felt within those paltry corners of India, where lousy genitors of betrothed man could barely savour a smattering of dowry or nothing at all, unlike the good old days when a bride's father would give in to extraordinary demands of the groom's family which has inevitably led to marriage of convenience ― that curse of our subcontinent. At the end, whilst two brave hearts wrap around each other with satiety -on the eve of consummation, at a place so afar that none of the fled betrothed's family could expect them to be - despite ineffable scars that they could never keep oblivious, the girl finds herself hind-stabbed by her father, finally giving up on her daughter who merely wished with importunity to be allowed to live a thousand and one night with the one, on whose chest her corpse now lies. Sadly, unlike fiction, the boy lives.

Who is Sabra ? 1_ She always gives away spiffing videos . 2_ She doesn't give up teaching with manners and professionalism . 3- She gives up on her relentlessness and gives in to our inquiries . 4_ She encourages us not to give in or give way to other channels' subscribers to still be on top . 5_ She's up for wrapping up her videos in such an intriguing way . 6_ Every time you watch her , you feel like hugging her and wrapping your arms around her shoulders . Now tell me Sabra , what do you think of my examples ? . You're just amazingly kind and professional . Big thank you to you and Leila as well and keep up the inspiring work .

These are brilliant!! Well done! The only one I would correct is number 2 it should be give up on teaching - this is because teaching is an ing form verb and you need a preposition before it - gerunds go with prepositions. Thank you for these marvellous sentences that made me laugh 😂😂 Muchas gracias and Feliz Navidad !! 😊😊😘
