I have a wonderful jello reciepe we use to have at every holiday, but I make it more often for my kids. It is called heavenly hash. 1 box strawberry or cherry jello 1 can of fruit cocktale, drained 1-1 1/2 apple cored and diced 1-2 handfuls chopped pecans, per your preference 3/4-1 cup of whipped cream to your taste Make the jello and let it set. When set mix it with a spoon or fork until you get about pea sized pieces. Add fruit and pecans. Then add whipped cream and mix all together. It is heavenly.

I have RA. I too eat jello everyday. I have cut my pain management medicine down by 3/4 of the original dosage my RA DOCTOR is amazed even shocked that I'm not having the joint swelling & the pain that I normally had. At 57 I can move my joints better then I could at 30. My Doctor is suggesting to others to try jello. I just wanted to share. THANK YOU GOD BLESS 💖💞❤😇👼

Lunch looks delicious. I noticed you often have iced tea with meals. I like to switch up the flavor when clementine oranges are in season. I eat the orange and save the peels to simmer for tea. I add the teabags about half way through the simmering time, but it would probably be better to steep them afterwards in the hot orange broth. Throw away the peels, then make your tea as usual. I really like the thin peels of the clementines, but any orange or even lemon peel would work, but maybe not quite as well. I hope you'll try it if you haven't already, and like it. Your recipes always inspire me to try new things.

Love the tip about the Walmart bread. I buy it all the time but never froze it before slicing or kept it in the freezer. I have been making Joeys lime jello recipe since the 70’s but always chopped the pears an added them when jello was partially set. I will definitely try both yours and Joey’s version with the pears puréed. Never thought I’d say I’m craving jello but....I’m craving jello!

Again, this one sounds sooo delicious! I made the peach jello Saturday and oh my, it was gone in a flash! Loved it! That's a smart idea about the potato chips. I have made the peach, berry blue, and the re-birth of jello for friends and they loved it so much they wanted the recipes. I can't wait to try this one! Thank you for all the delicious and nutritious, good for our arthritis, etc. Jello recipes.

My mom used to make something like this jello back in the '60's. Only she had apricot jello, a can of apricot nectar, and a can of apricots. Well, you can imagine. She blended the apricots, used the nectar instead of water, except for 1/2 cup of boiling water to melt the jello and put in pureed apricots, and sometimes opened a second can and put a few halves into the half set jello. Oh my. It was crazy good. We only seemed to get the apricot jello for about one year, then that was the end of it at the store. It might have been a store brand, maybe A&P or Royal brand? I can't be positive but I don't think it was Jello brand. I would love to have that again.

That sounds amazing! I want to try that. I would make it for myself though cuz my husband doesn't like apricots but I love them.

Just happen to have a couple of very ripe avocados that I was thinking about using in smoothies, but I'll be giving this a try instead for lunch tomorrow! I have everything on hand for both the sandwiches and the jello dessert, too. Potato chips don't last long enough around here to try them in the freezer, but that's a good tip to know Very creative, Ms Phyllis! Thanks so much for the recipes and the video (along with the corrections!).
