I am thrilled that you are doing what Freya wants to do. And not forcing therapies etc on her. You are showing so many people and kids with disabilities so much. Marci it is perfectly understandable that you are engaged with Freya and Jesse during physical therapy, what a joy to watch how well Freya responds to the "work" it requires and the example Jesse is to her younger sister. 15 minutes on a treadmill is a long time, Freya!, and you did it the whole time, whatever you decide to do you are getting the tools and encouragement to make it possible. Each day you are an example to me, thank you for giving us a glimpse into your lives. Enjoy the movies and popcorn!

Great video💖I’m not sure I could do 15 mins on treadmill at 72 yrs young😀Freya is a precious little girl! Big Sister is such a great helper. I watch Stephanie and Sebastian also. I am getting great education on CDLS. As a former elementary school teacher I find it fascinating to watch children with disabilities having fun while learning. Question. Honest curiosity here. Can you explain why at Freyas age she still uses a bottle. I know kids with CDLS can have feeding issues too as I also follow Sebastian and am a nurse. Just wondered if you have tried a sippy cup or straw and how Freya does with that. Thanks.

The flow for sippy cups and straws is too fast for Freya and she chokes. We use a straw with her thickened juices and it works well but the milk is too thin. She still uses a newborn flow nipple

Could you maybe thicken the milk with baby cereal? That's what I did as my kids got older. Used a bottle with split nipple to allow flow. A bottle of this at bedtime and they slept all night. Could do the same with a sippy cup during the day. Just a suggestion. Hope it helps.

I can’t speak for others but I choose to share Freya’s life because it is such a rare diagnosis. This way other people that get the same diagnosis for their child can see how life looks with a child with a disability.
