I can't stand when I hear someone who has no clue about racing a dirtbike say how easy it is and all you do is sit on the bike. Great training video, I'm 43 and since doing crossfit and other circuit training with anything anaerobic and working those lungs has dramatically improved my racing. Functional fitness and mobility is where it's at. Great work!👍

I love the training, I love the movements and I admire these guys a lot but... I wish moto guys would learn how to do some of these movements correctly. They would benefit even more from the movements and reduce risk of injury from poor movement patterns.

Many great exercises in here but gotta get the form before speed and get good form w/ speed before you add weight/load. Ryno knows what’s up and trained ET3 on his way to his lites titles, and he can hold his own which is huge in a trainer. Plenty of trainers running off of theory only with no practical knowledge and even less fitness to perform the workouts.

Hi Glenn! I work for Jukin Media, the largest viral video licensing agency. Our team saw your clip and we think it's great. We'd love to chat with you about representing it for licensing to TV and media. We would also like to pitch your clip to one of our clients which could lead to a unique opportunity for your videos to potentially be featured next to Olympic Athletes videos. Please contact us at producer[at]jukinmedia[dot]com. Thanks!

Big fan of Glenn, not so much of Ryan. Ryan is not a succesfull trainer, he is a succesful salesman. His explenations have little actual content... neither has any American rider stuck long with him...
@mikekaz74494 жыл бұрын
Agreed. He really has no idea what he's doing. Some of the most contraindicated movements I've ever seen. And seriously misuse of kettlebells.

Clearly have no idea what you guys are talking about..Eli even goes and trains with him.. Jason Lawrence got a championship with him.. just to name a couple off top of my head..
