In the previous exercise F=150 Nw was the Force necessary to maintain v=constant in upward direction. So I thought that with149Nw the block went in downward direction but you demonstrated that 73Nw are necessary. What happens with F between 73 and 150?

Stupid question, is the normal force equal to Fsinceta or -Fsinceta?

Not a stupid question at all. This confuses many students. The magnitude of a force cannot be negative, thus the magnitude of the normal force is F sin(theta). But as a vector it points to the left in this problem, thus the direction would be negative.
