16 hours of hardwork spread over 9 days , and finally , I was satisfied with the output✌️ I wanted on this 15 min video ( premier today ) . Lots of slides re-written , cancelled , replaced , choice of practice problems changed multiple times😉 . This was to ensure not only to provide the solution but also to cover the complete concept and bust wrong concepts commonly used in such problems involving Bernoulli's equation . Let's see who was wrong this time , JEE or coaching materials or students 🤷in this step by step explanation of all concepts. I know , what I believe is good need not be liked by others , but this time , I am actually proud🙋 of the honest effort that went into the video irrespective of the outcome . You may revise some of the previous videos in fluid dynamics playlist before this video premieres 👇 and don't forget to "Apply some pressure on the like button😁 " when the video is out. Lots of love and enjoy the learning 🙂❤️ 18_FLUID DYNAMICS: kzbin.info/aero/PLtzNDt-x8_02gk5bit0v8mt2uvOyl-EyZ

I remember when I saw this question in paper 2 while I was in examination center first I got panicked then I remembered that during a storm when wind blows at high velocity the pressure under the roof and above the roof is different. I tried to use Bernoulli's equation but because I have panicked earlier I did the same mistake that 8/9 one and I was never able to reach the answer in time. I can remember what happened to me exactly with every question. Thanks a lot sir you make me more confident with every video of yours. I hope I will be able to perform in JEE ADVANCED 2021. 17:06 sir i am getting answer as AD, which i have checked from the comment section is the correct answer. But I am not sure whether my approach is correct or not. I solved this question by applying Bernoulli's equation in frame rotating about the axis, using the approach you shared in one of your other videos. the equation which I made was *P0-(rho)w^2(L/2)^2/2=P0-(rho)w^2L^2/2+ (rho)V^2/2* can you please confirm sir if this equation is correct? I am confused because my teacher while teaching this topic gave us a similar question in which he put pressure at point P1 and P2 to be different, and applied Bernoulli's equation, and he calculated the pressure difference by equating it to centripetal force on center of mass. Isn't this approach wrong even though it gives correct answer?? shouldn't the pressures at 1 and 2 be same as they are both open to atmosphere?

Sir, in the first AITS problem could you please explain the term-- (sigma)x(1.6)t? What is 1.6?? And Sir why is the shearing strength given, if a longitudinal force is going to act on the window..Also does shearing strength mean it is the shear modulus? Thank you for this wonderful video SIR!!
@suvenjagtiani6834
@suvenjagtiani6834 3 жыл бұрын
1.6 is the perimeter. Basically, 1.6*t represents area of the side strip of the window.

Sir to find pressure at the stagnation point (2) in the STANDARD Example You Took, why p2=1/2(rho)v1^2+(rho)gh why is it not p2=1/2(rho)v1^2+(rho)gh+p0 What I mean is why don't we add atmospheric pressure in the RHS of the final expression? So my answer is coming (Po+518)kPa I don't think the Po terms will get cancelled both the sides bcoz P1=Po+(rho(gh)) and pressure at point 2 is asked ,,,, which should be the net pressure on point 2

Sir in my opinion they should also mention that speed of 🚆 is high because there is difference in average height between two sections of fluids which leads to ( density) ×g×∆h . Obviously if speed is high enough this term becomes humble against (density) v^2 like terms

But sir that (rho) appears in 1/2(rho)v^2 term too; so it can be comparable to (rho)×g×h depending on speed... And yes thanks for this amazing video!
