mera 1 month howa ha acl operation keya 1 kilo meter abhi chalta ho koe msla nahi ha ap ne exercise nahi keya esleye.mere ek dost ne 2 month phely acl operation keya ha wo cricket kelta ha koe issue nahi ha magr exercise bhoot zyda krna hoga
