A broader view on the subject, no errors. Balancing the muscles -a good point! A big problem is washing dishes, heavy pressure cookers, with limited time and water, even lehs get stiff! The heat makes matter worse! Ice doesn't form in the fridge, to bring down swelling! Thanks for the video, trying to give your best!

Spoken to a physiotherapist on the phone and he felt that I may not have carpal tunnel but a compressed nerve on the back of my nerve. I have a CTS for 2 years and rarely exercise or streaching. now pain runs to the shoulders and neck. especially when I sleep and wake up in the morning, my hands and fingers feel stiff. is it too late to exercise?
