सर मुझे L5s1 का बहुत प्राँब्लेम हो रहा था. मैने आपके विडीओ देखे और exercises को फाँलो किया . तो मुझे १५ दिन मे हि आराम पडने लगा और अभी तक 60% फरक हो गया है. एक टाईम ऐसा था की मै उठ बैठ नही सकता था. और दर्द से बहुत ही बैचेन हो गया था. लेकीन आज सर कि वजह से ठीक हो गया हु. Thanks sir

These are amazingly and doable excercises. And I agree with you so much wrong advise on KZbin. I have watched many and yours is one of the few that I found to be effective. Thank you so much!!! Is it safe to do Surya namaskar if u have bulging mass and herniated disc in L4, L5, & S1 area? Please advise I am very confused as doctors say to avoid yoga and yoga teacher says doing yoga will release and heal back pain.

Sir I am suffering from l4 l5 s1 slip disc for last 10 months ,annular tear, 8mm ,pain increases on sitting , tingling in left leg and pain in left thumb, stiffness in both ankels , left leg is stiff.please suggest excersise and increases in sitting time

I have lower back pain since 9 years. Pain goes in both legs, mostly in right leg. My MRI says that Disc bulges are seen at L4/5 and L5/SI levels indenting the thecal sac without any nerve root compression. Minimal marrow edema is seen in the subchondral portion of right sacral ala. Will This exercises help to reduce pain?

Same problems i had sir last 12 year's Mild Thecal sac compression & slight bilateral Lateral Recess & nerual foraminal narrowing at L4-L5 diffuse disc due to bulge. At L5-S1 Difuse disc due to bulge resulting moderate Thecal sac compression and sever left , moderate right lateral Recess & neural foraminal narrowing Please please give me some suggestions

पैर मे चमक सी चलती है जब पैर दूर दूर रखता हूँ तो. बेसे चलने फिरने आराम करने इन सब मे दर्द नही होता बस जैसै पहले झुक कर जमीन छी लेता था अब हाथ घुटने तक ही जाते है
