I help my friend revover from frozen shoulder due to diabetes by following ur videos.this 1 is the most difficult and we r still working on it.he gets back to swimming a kilo w/o stopping tnx to u.!ur helping people.tnk u so much

mylecious babe does diabetes cause frozen shoulder ? I have problem with one of my shoulder cant external rotate fully compared to my right ones ...had history of diabetes so I wondering if this contribute to it or mechanical issue causing it?

I am having the same issue, no outside rotation. I have worked and worked and worked to get it back! It just seems like I can't make it move at all

Any recommendation how to increase range of motion after a frozen shoulder? I'm unable to have my arm in a 90 degree angle and rotate it forward.

Awesome. How many reps do you recommend we perform with the dumbbell exercise? And how many days a week should we do this?

I have a ton of pain in my front shoulder rotators when low bar squatting, i forced my grip narrower but my problem is limited external shoulder rotation

I dislocated my shoulder a month ago but it instantly went back in, for 3 weeks I wore a sling and now I can do all motions except external rotation, even if I force it it just hurts a lot but doesn't move, wil try this.

Is this good post a SLAP surgery ? I am 7 months post op and my ex rotation is still at about 45 degrees (it’s getting painful past that).

As a baseball pitcher I want to increase my range of shoulder motion, if I am feeling impingement during the rolling is that a bad sign?

Physio Fitness | Physio REHAB | Tim Keeley not an injury but I did need PT to strengthen my back muscles and shoulder muscles to alleviate my shoulder impingement which worked. When I think of range of motion, my mind goes to Randy Johnson and his wicked arm action where his forearm is at a 45 degree angle with his shoulder and I think if I can get more mobility externally I’d be able to pick up velocity on my fastball

Hi Tim, This info is fantastic. I've had a couple of shoulder dislocations and surgery in the past (5 years ago), but the shoulder is now stable and strong. I've had ART massage recently to break up old scar tissue. It has worked well and the overhead rom and the internal rotation is very good, but as you said the external rom is still not very good. I'm going to keep to this routine for a month. What would you recommend after 4 weeks? Increasing the position of the dumbbell exercise to 90 degrees? Thank you G

I cannot raise my arm its been 3 week after mobilization and its my 1st dislocation is it normal i cannot raise my arm how much time it will take to heal

When i try to externally rotate my arm at 90 degrees i feel a pull/tightness right under my scapula and side of the rib cage , is that my lat? ( i have range of motions problems in that side causing rounded shoulder)

It's an informative video, for sure, but to do what he's doing, your ROM has to be pretty good to start with. Mine isnt
